WHO WE ARE

Wild Sprouts is more than just a childhood enrichment center—we are a community of educators, parents, and children who believe in the power of play, nature, friendship, and hands-on learning. We prioritize outdoor experiences, where children can explore, create, and discover in a natural setting. Through gardening, composting, plant and animal identification, and sensory play, we encourage children to develop a deep connection with the Earth.

OUR CORE VALUES

We believe in a few things above all others:

🌿 Kindness – We include all, fostering a warm and welcoming community.
🌿 Respect – We treat everyone with fairness, equality, and care.
🌿 Responsibility – We take ownership of our actions and decisions.
🌿 Sustainability – We model and practice sustainable habits to create a better future.

Learning Through Play

We know that play is the most natural way for children to learn. Through imaginative and hands-on experiences, children develop essential skills such as problem-solving, creativity, communication, and teamwork. Our child-led approach ensures that learning is joyful, engaging, and meaningful.

A Nature Based Learning Experience

Our classrooms extend beyond four walls—children spend much of their day outdoors, engaging in activities that encourage independence and environmental stewardship.

Daily experiences include:
Gardening & Composting – Learning about plant life cycles and sustainability.
Outdoor Adventures – Exploring nature, foraging, and imagination.
Earth Kitchen – Engaging in sensory play with natural materials.
Forest School – Running, climbing, and exploring in a safe and enriching environment.

🌿   Fequently Asked Questions 🌿

What are your enrollment dates?

We have year-round open enrollment! Schedule a tour to begin your enrollment process.

How often or little can my child attend?

Children can attend full-time (up to 40 hours a week). We prefer that part-time children attend at least once a week as spaces are limited.

How does the payment work?

For hourly enrollments, you will be prompted to pay when you make your reservations. Full-time families are invoiced at the beginning of each month.

What time should I schedule my child for?

Check our handbook for schedules to see which times work best for you!

How far in advance do I have to make a reservation?

You will need to book your reservation 12 hours in advance to save a space for your child.

What are the age ranges for the program?

Our flexible hourly options are for children 2.5 to 8 years old. Children 3+ can be enrolled full-time (if eligible). Limited full-time spaces are available.

What is ‘enrichment’?

We use this term to describe our program because we provide children with opportunities to develop independence and learn life skills while providing a safe place to interact and play with their peers.

What are the hours?

We open at 8 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

Are you a school or a daycare?

A little bit of both. We are an enrichment center that supplements families with a childcare service. We guide children through their educational journey as they play, learn, and engage in fun activities.
